An 18-year-old from Rochester was arrested Wednesday by Canandaigua Police on a criminal mischief charge.
It is alleged that on January 3rd, London Little aided and abetted other suspects in shattering a car window and stealing numerous items from within.
Little was processed and transported to CAP arraignment at the Ontario County Jail where he was released and ordered to appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
