A Burdett man has been arrested by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant.
The warrant for Andrew McDonald was for an outstanding warrant for Violation of Probation out of Schuyler County Court.
Following his arrest, McDonald was sent to Schuyler County Jail
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
