A Seneca Falls man was arrested Friday on a bench warrant for allegedly violating a conditional discharge.
Following his arrest, Carter was processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department and then transported to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
