A Pennsylvania man was arrested by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office on assault and criminal contempt charges.
Lee Fitzpatrick was arrested following the investigation into a domestic incident that happened on County Road 16 in the town of Orange. As a result of the alleged incident, Fitzparick was also charged with aggravated family offense.
Fitzpatrick was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and release on an appearance ticket
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
