A Pennsylvania woman is facing charges in Schuyler County following an investigation into a domestic violence incident.
76-year-old Susan Fitzpatrick, of Gillett, Pennsylvania, was charged with criminal contempt following an incident on County Road 16 in the town of Orange.
Fitzpatrick was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and released to appear in Orange Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
