The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a Seneca Falls man following the report of a domestic incident.
53-year-old Robert Nageldinger was charged with criminal contempt after he was allegedly found inside the home of the protected party of an active Order of Protection against him.
Nageldinger will be back in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
