The investigation into a disturbance on Mill Street in the city of Canandaigua resulted in the arrest of two men by Canandaigua Police on harassment charges.
34-year-old Christopher Rundt, of Waterloo, 23-year-old Antonio Balzano, of Canandaigua, are accused of punching another man in the face. Following this incident, Rundt was found to have removed a dipstick from the engine compartment of a vehicle parked in the Mill Street parking lot. He was further charged with petit larceny.
Rundt and Balzano were later released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
