A Canandaigua man has a date in Canandaigua City Court in the future following the police investigation into the report of a dog running loose.
According to Canandaigua Police, the dog belonging to Richard Saxby was acting aggressive on Saltonstall Street when the authorities were called.
Saxby was ticketed for Dog Running at Large and was issued an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
