A Seneca Falls man was arrested Tuesday on a warrant.
On a separate date, Jahmotion Moore had violated an Order of Protection with the victim, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Moore was charged with criminal contempt.
Moore was transported to the Seneca County Jail to be arraigned on the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
