A Rochester woman was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office following the investigation into a disturbance on Monday.
It is alleged that Amber Page entered the residence of the father of her child and took a television. Page was charged with burglary and petit larceny.
The 36-year-old was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
