The investigation into an alleged Order of Protection Violation resulted in Seneca Falls Police making an arrest.
25-year-old Mykaela Turner is alleged to have followed the protected party from one publicly accessible location to another, an act that directly violated the order. As a result, Turner was charged with stalking and criminal contempt.
Turner was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
