The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Rochester woman on a bench warrant.
The warrant out of Victor Town Court for Shirley Thomas on her alleged failure to appear in court on the charge of petit larceny.
Thomas was arrested at the Monroe County Jail and taken to the Ontario County Jail where she was held for CAP.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
