An incident at Walmart in Canandaigua resulted in the arrest of a Manchester man.
The arrest of Marcis Worboys was the result of an investigation into a reported larceny at that location. The 33-year-old is alleged to have stolen $338.90 worth of merchandise from the store after having been previously trespassed.
Worboys was taken to the Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment on burglary charges.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
