One person is dead and another person is charged with manslaughter in Livingston County.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, 911 received a phone call at around 2 Sunday morning that a person on West Main Street was in medical distress. The individual was eventually taken to Strong Memorial Hospital where they were pronounced dead.
13 WHAM in Rochester reported after police had discovered there was evidence that an altercation had taken place at the scene, they arrested 61-year-old Jonathan Mills on manslaughter.
Avon Police say additional charges are pending.
