A Wayne County man has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a child last summer.
It is alleged that sometime last July, Thomas Krebs forcibly touched a minor who resided at his residence on South Butler Conquest Road in the town of Butler. The alleged abuse occurred over a period of time.
The 42-year-old Krebs was charged with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child. He was released from police custody following his arraignment
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
