A Rochester man was arrested Thursday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office following a shoplifting complaint at Von Maur in Victor.
Dean Graunke is alleged to have past all points of sale without rendering payment for $276 worth of merchandise.
Grauke was charged with petit larceny and was released to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
