A Bayside Queens, New York, woman has been arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office after she allegedly stole $1,899.95 worth of merchandise from Dicks Sporting Goods in Victor.
Laura Bautistacasallas was charged with grand larceny and possession of burglary tools.
The 27-year-old was released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
