A Waterloo man was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on a felony charge of criminal contempt.
Brandon Morehouse was charged following the investigation into a domestic dispute where he allegedly violated an order of protection and subjected the protected person to unwanted physical contact.
Following his arrest, Morehouse was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
