A 21-year-old Canandaigua man was arrested Thursday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of petit larceny.
It is alleged that Jacob Turner stole $118 worth of merchandise belonging to the Von Maur Store at Eastview Mall in Victor.
Turner was released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
