A Farmington man was arrested Wednesday on falsifying business records charges.
41-year-old Frank Ayers was found to have passed all points of sale failing to render proper payment for merchandise at Target in Victor. He was also accused of switching barcodes on merchandise.
Ayers was also charged with petit larceny and was released on an appearance ticket.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
