A Penn Yan woman was ticketed by village police for driving on a suspended license.
A DMV check of Mallorri Ross’s license revealed it was suspended for her alleged failure to answer a summons out of Seneca Town Court.
Ross was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
