The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Farmington man on a bench warrant.
The warrant for Matthew Marshall was issued out of Farmington Town Court on January 30th.
Following his arrest on Tuesday, Marshall was brought to the Ontario County Jail where he was held for arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
