The investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of one of the drivers.
According to the Penn Yan Police Department, officers arrested Heather Peacock for allegedly driving on a suspended license.
Peacock was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
