Penn Yan Police ticketed a Penn Yan woman for allegedly driving on a suspended license.
Jessica Burnett was spotted driving on South Avenue while having a suspended New York State license. A traffic stop was initiating and Burnett was cited for offense.
Burnett will appear in Penn Yan Village Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
