The investigation into a disturbance in the town of Macedon resulted in the arrest of a 40-year-old Macedon man.
It is alleged that an intoxicated John Diehl arrived at a family member’s house where he did not reside and forcibly entered the home causing property damage.
Diehl was charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief and was released on appearance tickets.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
