A Waterloo man was arrested on a bench warrant by the Seneca Falls Police Department on Tuesday.
The warrant for Tyler Dyson stems from allegations that he violated his terms of a conditional discharge.
Dyson was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
