The investigation into a disturbance at the Wayne County Jail more than a year ago resulted in the arrest of a Lyons man.
It is alleged that when Anthonie Lamagra was released from jail, he became angry, struck and broke a glass door.
Lamagra was processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on a felony charge of criminal mischief and issued an appearance ticket for Lyons Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
