The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Waterloo man on a criminal contempt charge.
The arrest of 68-year-old Theodore Chaney where it is alleged he violated a Class A Order of Protection by contacting the protected party.
Chaney was held at the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office for CAP Court to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
