The city of Ithaca’s 46th mayor will deliver his State of the City address to the Common Council on Tuesday.
In his address last year, Cantelmo said the Tompkins County city had turned a major corner and was poised to usher in a new era of “efficient government, of response government, of transparent government.”
Cantelmo is the associate director of the Mario Einaudi Center for International Studies at Cornell University. Before becoming Mayor, Cantelmo served on Ithaca Common Council for two years, representing the Fifth Ward.
