An Auburn man faces felony burglary charges in Seneca Falls.
Last Friday it is alleged that 45-year-old Daniel Jones was observed taking merchandise from the Walmart on North Road. According to police, Jones had collected a multitude of merchandise held for sale and passed all points of sale with an attempt to render payment.
Jones is also accused of knowingly entering a Walmart despite a lawful order not to enter and committed a larceny.
Jones was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
