The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Cayuta man.
On December 28th, Christopher Conklin was arrested following the investigation into a domestic violence incident on Morrell Road in the town of Cayuta.
The 41-year-old was charged with menacing and was released to appear in Cayuta Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
