An Ovid man is facing charges in Schuyler County.
According to the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office, 28-year-old Christopher Woodard was charged with menacing after a complaint at The Old H and E Bar on Willow Street in the village of Burdett.
Woodard was released on an appearance ticket in Hector Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
