A 72-year-old Bath man is facing charges of harassment in Yates County.
Robert Tolbert was arrested on a summons after he allegedly subjected another person to unwanted physical contact in the village of Penn Yan.
Tolbert will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
