A Rochester man was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop in Ontario County.
60-year-old John Frisch’s arrest stems from an investigation where it is alleged he did exercise control and domain over a controlled substance at the time of the investigation without a prescription.
Frisch will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
