A crash on New Year’s Day at the intersection of State Route 332 and Collett Road in the town of Farmington resulted in the arrest of a Victor woman.
An investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office determined the driver of the car, 28-year-old Alyssa Medina, was operating the vehicle in an impaired state. Medina was not hurt in the accident.
Medina was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and will appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
