A Fayette man was arrested on New Year’s morning on a felony charge of criminal mischief.
According to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, the arrest of Brandon Morehouse stems from an incident in which he allegedly harassed his girlfriend and damaged property belonging to her. Morehose was also charged with harassment.
Following his arrest, Morehouse was taken to the Seneca County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
