A Naples man was taken into custody on active arrest warrants following a traffic stop in the village of Bath.
36-year-old Jeremiah Mendez was the passenger in the car that was stopped on Chestnut Street by Bath Police. A check of his identification showed he had active warrants.
Mendez was taken into custody and then turned over to the New York State Police.
