The investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Palmyra resulted in the arrest of an Arcadia man.
Joshua Wilson is accused of contacting the victim by text messages and voicemails that violated a duly served order of protection. Wilson was charged with aggravated harassment and criminal contempt.
Wilson was brought to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing and was arraigned at CAP Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
