Charges have been filed in connection with a two-car crash that took place on October 12th in Palmyra.
24-year-old Dylan DePauw is accused of driving while ability impaired by drugs. Police say toxicology reports showed the Newark man tested positive for THC in his blood at the time of the crash.
DePauw was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and was taken to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing and released with traffic tickets.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
