On November 16th, 2024, at 0852 PM, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Theshana G. Hanes, age 42, of Seneca Falls, New York, following an investigation of a vehicle and traffic law violation. Hanes was found to be in possession of Suboxone, which was not in the original packaging or prescription. Hanes was charged with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and for having insufficient tail lamps. Hanes was released on an appearance ticket to answer the charges at a later date in the Town of Seneca Falls court.
