Three Penn Yan Agriculture and FFA members attended the Youth Agricultural Leadership Conference in Albany this week.
Zoe Zeigler, Claire Sandstrom, and Rachel Dann, each had to fill out an application form and be selected in order to attend. Through this conference, the Penn Yan trio attended workshops to discuss agricultural issues that are happening throughout New York and talked to many mentors about future career opportunities.
A post on the Penn Yan FFA Facebook added that on their way home, the group stopped at Cobleskill for a tour of campus.
