UPDATE: State Police have identified the victim from Tuesday afternoon’s motorcycle versus car fatal collision on State Route 104 in Webster as 18-year-old Richard Greenblatt, Rochester.
An 18-year-old was killed late Tuesday afternoon in a motorcycle versus pickup truck accident on State Route 104 in Webster.
According to a State Police investigation, the unidentified teen was riding a 2006 Suzuki West at around 5 o’clock when he struck a Dodge Ram in the rear. The teen was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the pickup, Joel Violanti, of Ontario, was not hurt.
The investigation is ongoing.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
