An Ontario man was arrested Wednesday on two bench warrants issued out of Canandaigua City Court.
The warrants were issued for Joshua Jackson for failure to appear on petit larceny and criminal possession of controlled substance charges.
Jackson was brought to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment and will appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
