An 18-year-old from Waterloo was arrested Sunday on trespass charges.
The arrest of Steven Kirby stems from the teen previously being trespassed from Walmart. Kirby was allegedly spotted on store property by staff, who then alerted police.
Kirby was charged with the violation and will be due back in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
