Police arrested a Seneca Falls woman Thursday night following the investigation of a dispute at a Seneca Falls residence.
During the domestic incident, it is alleged that Tanya Rush menaced the victim with a knife. Rush was located in the village of Waterloo where she was taken into custody without incident.
The 37-year-old was charged with menacing and felony criminal possession of a weapon.
Rush was taken to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
