A Keuka Park man was arrested Wednesday by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
The warrant for 39-year-old Jesse Worden stemmed from a trespass incident that happened earlier this week. Worden was located and taken into custody by the Penn Yan Police Department during a separate incident.
Sheriff’s Deputies responded and took custody of Worden, who was taken to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
