A Horseheads man was arrested by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding warrant.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the warrant was issued for William Coats after he allegedly violated his probation.
Coats was sent to Schuyler County Jail following his arrest.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
