An incident at Frog Hollow Marina in the Schuyler County Town of Dix resulted in the arrest of a Steuben County man.
32-year-old Jeremy Turner, of Painted Post, was arrested on charges of reckless endangerment and harassment following the incident. No other details were released by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office.
Following his arraignment in Schuyler County CAP Court, Turner was released on an appearance ticket.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
