State Probe Leads to Montour Falls Justice’s Resignation

An investigation by the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct has resulted in the resignation of a justice in Schuyler County. The Commission reports back in April Donald Spaccio, a justice in Montour Falls village and town courts, was alerted about an investigation into several complaints against him.
