A Schuyler County man will appear in Penn Yan Court at a later date following a traffic stop in the village.
40-year-old Ryan Girgis of Hector was spotted driving on Brown Street while allegedly having a suspended New York State driver’s license. During the traffic stop, it was also determined the registration on the car Girgis was driving was also suspended.
Girgis was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
